James L. Elcock, with Meredith & Grew, tells GlobeSt.com that Oracle was looking for a firm to sublease the fully furnished space at its corporate headquarters in the Burlington Centre Office Park on a short-term basis when Lightbridge stepped in with an offer. "They didn't want to subdivide the space and were looking for someone that would rent it for the short term so the space would be there when they needed it."

Terms of the three year sublease were not disclosed. Built in 2001, the 135,276-sf, four-story, multi-tenant, class A office building is situated on 7.60 acres off of Route 3A and features amenities that include two full-service cafeterias, outdoor patio seating, a fitness center, shower and locker facilities and on-site management. Elcock and Joseph J. Crowley, also with Meredith & Grew, handled the transaction for Lightbridge. Cresa Partners represented Oracle.
