Kevin Malloy with Lincoln Properties in Boston tells GlobeSt.com that Pactolus Communication Software Corp. occupied about 7,000 sf at its former 69 Milk St. office in Westborough. "They were growing and wanted to come to a park that could accommodate their growth," says Malloy. Terms of the lease were not disclosed.
Pactolus, which develops and delivers IP voice services, is presently the sole occupant of the two-story 100,000 sf building, Malloy says. The transaction was handled for the tenant by Malloy and Tim Latham, also with Lincoln Properties. The owner, Glenborough Realty Trust was represented by Chris Tosti, Rob Walles, Bob McGuire, and Matt Flaherty, all with CB Richard Ellis-New England.
