Malcolm Ross, with 22 years' experience, will lead several high-profile assignments, including Downtown buildings, for TCC and source new business for the office leasing group. Ross was one of JLL's six senior managers nationally. He oversaw leasing for a 1.5-million-sf office building portfolio in Dallas/Fort Worth.
Due to the holiday week, executives from TCC and JLL were unavailable for comment on the lead executive's job change by publication time. "Malcolm's proven record of success with customers by his creating leasing and marketing solutions will undoubtedly add value to our team," TCC principal Jim Yoder says in a press release.
In another recent hiring, TCC brought Jonathan Bryan on board for the capital markets group as a financial analyst and Chance Olin in the industrial leasing division. Bryan most recently worked for Ernst & Young while Olin previously was with North Preston Properties.
