DALLAS-An affiliate of The Trammell Crow Company purchases the 1,083-unit Timbercreek Apartments with plans to turn the site into a plaza containing at least 150,000 sf of retail space. The project, which should begin construction once all apartment leases expire, is expected to cost about $50 million.
