ATLANTA-Three industrial leases, totaling 102,200 sf and aggregately valued at $2.33 million, have closed at area developments.
New York-based Jadow Realty Co. LP has placed XL Screw Corp. of Lincolnshire, IL into 66,000 sf for 88 months at an estimated aggregate rent of $1.39 million at Cobb West Business Park on Six Flags Road in suburban Austell. Grubb & Ellis Co. represented the tenant. NAI Brannen Goddard negotiated for the owner.
Chicago-based First Industrial Realty Trust has leased a total 36,200 sf to two tenants at its 1265 Oakbrook Dr.e development. Kudzu Import & Design Inc. of Atlanta is taking 26,200 sf for 10.5 years at an estimated aggregate rent of $786,000. PPG Auto Glass LLC of Pittsburgh has leased 10,000 sf for five years at an estimated aggregate rent of $150,000.
The First Industrial property was built in 1984. Grubb & Ellis represented First Industrial in both leases. Kevin Moffitt of Slutzky Realty Group negotiated for Kudzu. Fischer & Co. represented PPG.
