Emergency Response Marketing from Universal City, CA reserved 5,430 sf while Apple One Employment Services has tapped 3,171 sf in the 207,931-sf park at 14131-35 Midway Rd. Tyler Trahant, Jim Benson and Will Martin, all with the Dallas office of the Fort Worth-based Woodmont Co. represented the tenants. Trevor Franke with Peloton Real Estate Partners in Dallas negotiated terms for Greenhill's owner, AmeriVest Properties Inc. of Denver, which has the space on the market for $15.23 to $15.69 per sf annually plus electric, according to a local database.

Martin tells GlobeSt.com that Emergency Response Marketing's decision to lease in Greenhill Office Park was based on the availability of shell space and its location. "It's a turnkey finish-out," he says. The firm, providing roadside assistance for corporations, domestically and Canada, previously had a couple sales people working the region.

Martin says Apple One will consolidate two Dallas/Fort Worth offices to Greenhill with its lease. Again, location played a critical role in the decision, he says. The staffing company now offices at 9124 Camp Bowie Blvd. and 9112 US Highway 80 W.
