The larger of the two buildings, a 40,000-sf structure, will be occupied by Marshall's while the remaining 15,000 sf will serve as shops to 11 smaller retail outlets, Joe Polizzotti, business development manager for Kay Construction, tells GlobeSt.com. Work on the first phase of the project, which features pedestrian pathways set around landscaped village squares, was completed in August 2004. That 56,000-sf phase is anchored by a Roache Brothers Supermarket.

The project's second phase, which is estimated to cost $7 million, is expected to be completed by early spring, Polizzotti says. A date for the construction of the remaining buildings has not yet been set.
