CB Richard Ellis' Beth Chappel arranged the transaction. The site totals 2.09 acres and contains one 24,860-sf building, occupied prior to the sale by both Saturn of Stamford and Roadway Express. The dealership's sales and administrative functions were housed in the front of the building, while Roadway Express had a truck terminal in the remainder of the structure, the brokerage firm says.

CBRE officials note that Roadway Express recently moved its truck terminal to Cheshire, so Saturn of Stamford will determine the future use of the entire building. Last year, CB Richard Ellis' Chappel represented Roadway Express in the transaction that originally put Saturn of Stamford in the building at 85 Magee Ave. Prior to that deal, it was occupied by the Connecticut Department of Motor Vehicles.
