The firm is expected to move into the 89,305-sf, multi-tenant, class A office building early next year, John E. Butterworth, with Meredith & Grew's Brokerage group, tells GlobeSt.com. "This was a new building in the landlord's portfolio which offered the ability of MassPRO to expand with their current landlord in a new location and upgrade their premises in a shifting marketplace." He notes that new facility also provides the opportunity to reconfigure their space for both "productivity and efficiency."
Specifics of the lease were not disclosed, but Butterworth says space in the building, which is about 80% leased, generally rents in the $20-per-sf range. Butterworth and colleague Robert B. Kinlin Jr. represented MassPRO, while Charles E. Batchelder of Wyman Street Advisors represented the owner, 245 Winter St. Acquisition LLC.
