The firm, which provides data management solutions for healthcare professionals, selected the location because it is close to public transportation and a short drive from its current 20 Guest St. offices in Boston, Michael Ripp with CB Richard Ellis/New England, tells GlobeSt.com. Ripp handled the negotiations for owner TA Realty Associates along with Andrew Majewski, also with CB Richard Ellis/New England. PatientKeeper, currently the building's largest tenant, was represented by John Butterworth and David Goodhue, both with Meredith & Grew's Brokerage group. Terms of the lease were unavailable.
The 172,179-sf, first-class office building, located off the Massachusetts Turnpike across from the Newton Sheraton Hotel, was formerly home to Cahners Publishing Co. That move has left about 130,000 sf available for lease at rates starting in the mid-$20per-sf range, Ripp says.
