GRAPEVINE, TX-The Hilton DFW Lakes Hotel and Conference Center sells to a Santa Barbara, CA boutique real estate investment firm. The acquisition is the first Texas hotel buy for Somera Capital Management, which also owns Houston's West Oaks Mall.
