Tenants at the six-story, 293,000-sf building on Third Avenue, which is 70% leased, include the consulting firm Hewitt Associates. A spokeswoman for Boston Properties tells GlobeSt.com that the firm would not be commenting on the transaction.
Earlier, New York City-based Broadway Partners gained entry into the Boston market with the $62.3-million acquisition of three buildings totaling 475,439 sf at Waltham's Prospect Hill Office Park.
TA Associates has owned both properties for about a decade. Officials from the company could not be reached for comment at deadline.
