Broadreach bought the office building in December of 2004 when it was nearly 40% vacant, notes Lillian Kuo, asset manager. "We saw a clear opportunity to add value" by filling the vacancy, Kuo says.

National Bankers Group, which provides a variety of mortgage lending products to mortgage brokers firms throughout the US, is slated to take occupancy of the entire first floor of the five-story class A office building this month. The new tenant will be relocating from Encino.

Broadreach Capital Partners was represented in the lease by Todd Doney, Nico Vilgiate and Rob Waller of CB Richard Ellis. NGBI was represented by Hal Cook and Henry Vitale of Cook Commercial.

Broadreach Capital Partners LLC is a real estate private equity firm with locations in Palo Alto and Los Angeles. The company invests in a commercial real estate through its $314 million real estate fund, BRCP Realty.
