"It would have been hard to relocate," George Tanghongs, vice president with Dallas-based Bradford Cos., tells GlobeSt.com, citing a specialized build-out needed for the operation for Plastic Solutions Molding Inc. He says the tenant's renewal agreement kept the same amount of space and the same finish-out in the 95,936-sf building at 1701 Plano Parkway East.
Tanghongs says the renewal, going full circle in just a couple weeks, maintains occupancy at 100% in the 324,446-sf, three-building business center. Office/warehouse space in the complex goes for $5.50 per sf net. Operating expenses run $1.61 per sf. Owner Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Co. of Milwaukee also was represented by Bradford senior vice president Susan Singer.
