Michael Gallegos, senior estimator with Phoenix-based Summit Builders Construction Co., which is building Flagstaff Healthpark, tells GlobeSt.com that the three class A, two-story office buildings, totaling 60,000 sf, will deliver in December. The 15-acre project is going up at the corner of San Francisco Street and Forest Avenue.
The project's second phase, comprised of a 122,000-sf, 2-story medical office building and a 330,000-sf parking garage with 1,105 spaces, will begin in September. Its completion is slated for August 2007.
Cavan Real Estate Investments of Scottsdale is the developer. Patrick Hayes Architecture of Scottsdale designed the health park, which is Summit's second project for Cavan. Sunnit is under construction on Raintree Corporate Center, a pair of class A office buildings, totaling 355,000 sf, and a six-story parking garage in Scottsdale.
