The Valhalla, NY-based US division has penciled an April move-in to Royal Freeport Tech Center at 4100 W. Royal Lane, Robert O. Fulford II, vice president in Dallas for Grubb & Ellis Co., tells GlobeSt.com. He says the shell space will be getting a high-end office finish-out for the high-profile tenant.

Fulford says the deal, which was three months in the making, will put Fuji into one of the last openings in the 71,582-sf flex-office, twin development owned by Dallas-based Jackson-Shaw Co. The flex space was on the market for $12 per sf.

Fulford and Grubb & Ellis' Steven Schneider steered talks for Jackson-Shaw. Steve Berger and David Easterling, vice presidents for CB Richard Ellis Inc.'s Dallas team, were running the deal for Fuji, which has 21 leased locations in the Greater Dallas area.
