The agreement is a direct deal between LaSalle and the seller, a partnership that includes Encino-based Outrigger Lodging Services, which manages the hotel. The Le Parc will continue to be managed by Outrigger, which manages LaSalle's other West Hollywood locations, Le Montrose Suite Hotel and the Grafton on Sunset.
The agreement to buy the Le Parc Suite comes approximately one year after LaSalle acquired the 108-room upscale Grafton On Sunset hotel from Outrigger for $25.5 million. LaSalle owns interests in 26 upscale and luxury full-service hotels, totaling approximately 8,300 guest rooms in 15 markets in 11 states and the District of Columbia.
