Kerry Olson, with Trammell Crow Co.'s Boston office, tells GlobeSt.com the deal will put occupancy levels at 86% when the firm moves into the 120,000-sf, four-story building at 35 Corporate Dr. The building, part of the 500,000-sf, four-building office park known as Burlington Center, also counts among its tenants EasCorp, Regis Business Centers and Click Software. About 100,000 sf of space was leased in the park in 2005, Olson notes.

Terms of the lease were not disclosed but Olson says average lease rates in the class A office park range from the low- to mid-$20 per-sf range. Olson and colleague Brian Hines handled the leasing arrangements for owner Multi-Employer Property Trust, while Matt Daniels and Matt Sonne of Spaulding & Slye represented the tenant.
