Elcock, with Meredith & Grew's Boston office who is marketing the property for school owner the New England Home for Little Wanderers, tells GlobeSt.com that the 917 Belmont St. property has already drawn several offers. "We have residential developers looking at doing a conversion and other institutional users that are looking at the property as part of their campus expansion or proposed campus relocation."

Located about five miles from Boston in a residential neighborhood near the Belmont and Cambridge lines, the wooden buildings, set on more than two acres of land, were assessed by the town in 2003 at $972,000. The school building contains eight classrooms along with conference areas, a library, media lab, kitchen and offices while the residential building features a living room, kitchen and dining area, laundry room, two offices, a conference and activity room in addition to upstairs living accommodations. The property is being marketed by Elcock along with colleagues Kerrin C. Driscoll and Elias T. Demakes.
