In the Magnolia Medical deal, the buyers acquired the property from Magnolia Medical Associates LLC. The buyers were represented by Bob Bush and John Bosko of NAI Capital, with Mike O'Brien and John Oien of CB Richard Ellis representing the seller. The 51,900-sf building is situated on 1.15 acres.
In the Santa Ana lease, Conquest America Inc. signed a six-year, $2.7-million agreement for 20,067-sf of office space at 200 W. Santa Ana Blvd. The landlord, Birtcher Anderson Investors, was represented by Gil Marrero of the Irvine office of Voit Commercial Brokerage. The tenant was represented by Adam Boskovich of Orion Property.
