In her new position, Pardy plans to introduce a quarterly retail report for clients to bolster the firm's Central Florida image. Greg Morrison, GVA/Advantis executive director, says Pardy's efforts will "increase our profile on the retail side." The three-broker Pocklington, Pocklington and Forster Retail Group is part of the GVA/Advantis Orlando office. The new retail analysis will complement the quarterly office and industrial reports GVA/Advantis already sends to clients.
Pardy was a retail leasing and marketing associate in the Orlando office of Miami-based Continental Real Estate Cos. At Trammell Crow, she was a marketing services analyst for the firm's Investment Services division. Pardy is a graduate of Keene State College in Keene, NH where she received a bachelor of science degree in business management.
