The three leases include the 3,82 sf taken by the accounting firm of Melanson & Heath, 7,488 sf by software company Omnify/Trilogic and the expansion of a lease by Conveyance Partners. The mortgage firm occupies 4,010 sf. Terms of the leases were not disclosed.

"When things further down on 495 became tighter, tenants were pushed up toward Andover resulting in a flurry of activity," Trammell Crow's Kerry Olson tells GlobeSt.com. Olson and colleague Michael Dalton handled all three lease arrangements for owner ELV Associates Inc. Brad Spencer and Tyler Ewing, both with Grubb & Ellis represented Omnify/Trilogic, while Conveyance Partners was self represented.
