"This class A space is one of the largest blocks of contiguous space currently available on the Gold Coast," Stanton says. Neither organization, however, would provide further details of the disposition requirement.
The space involves more than one quarter of the 725,000-sf, class A Plaza 3 building, which is owned by Mack-Cali Realty Corp. of Cranford. The contiguous space is available through July 31, 2012, but the asking price has not been released. Direct space within Mack-Cali's larger, multi-building Harborside Financial Center is generally listed with an asking price of $40 per sf.
