The firm, which just weeks ago sold another Marlborough building, took ownership of the 260 Cedar Hill St. property from Cedar Marlborough Realty Corp. in time to satisfy the buyer's exchange requirements, Scott Hughes, with New Dover Associates, tells GlobeSt.com. "It had great tenants, a good location, an excellent income stream and it was a five-year-old building in a very good market as far as long term leasing,"
The building is fully occupied by the biotech firm Cetek Inc., and Optibase Inc. a high-tech company. Hughes represented the seller and procured the buyer in the transaction.
