The building is situated on 3.41 acres in the Hunter Park area of downtown Riverside near Chicago Avenue and the junction of the 215 and 91 freeways. It comes with a 286-car, street-level parking lot.
CT Realty acquired the Wells Fargo building in December 2002 from Wells Fargo Home Mortgage. As part of that deal, Wells Fargo Home Mortgage signed a 60-month agreement to lease back the property from CT.
