The two-building property drew one other bid during its four months on the market but the Sharon-based school's high offer won the title to the complex, Cathy Minnerly, with Cushman & Wakefield's Boston office tells GlobeSt.com. "They loved the location and the layout." She says the property, built on just under five acres of land, also offered the school enough room to construct a new school gymnasium.
The school expects to move into the complex by September once renovation work is completed, says Minnerly, who along with colleagues JP Plunkett and Jason Bryer, represented May. The buyer was represented by Nancy Wluka of Wluka Real Estate of Sharon.
