The property, at 4142-4146 Lankershim Blvd., is 100% leased. Vierheilig-Fraser represented both the buyer and the seller, D-Mark Holdings.
In another office deal completed recently, Grubb & Ellis reports that In-Three Inc., which converts movies into 3-D format, leased a 36,878-sf building at 4580 E. Thousand Oaks Blvd. in Westlake Village. Terms of the 10-year lease were not disclosed.
In-Three has already occupied the three-story building, which is in North Ranch Corporate Center. The firm relocated from 7,000 sf in Agoura Hills.
Tom Festa and Sam Monempour of the North Los Angeles office of Grubb & Ellis represented the tenant, with CB Richard Ellis representing the landlord, Grenhill Investment Corp. of Glendale.
