The deal was one of two office sales of comparable size that closed recently in the county. In the other, Hamilton Airway LLC bought a 35,190-sf building in Brea from Vista Murrel Associates LLC for $5.9 million.
The building is located at 2800 Saturn St. The seller was represented by Louis Tomaselli, Mitch Zehner and Mike Boomer of Voit's Anaheim Metro office. The buyer was represented by Maury Panza of Collins Commercial,
