CHELSEA, MA-Paris-based Roche-Bobois inked a deal for 6,000 sf of office space at the Harbour Tech Centre. The Paris-based designer and distributor of home furnishings will use the 160 Second St. property for a distribution center and for its administrative and accounting offices, according to a company official.

"The warehouse could not have come at a better time" said Veronica Bay, regional manager of the Roche-Bobois Boston. The company recently secured a site at the Ritz Towers in Downtown Boston in addition to its main showroom on Commercial Street, near the North End. The firm also recently opened a second location on Route 9 in Natick.

Terms of the lease were not disclosed. It was arranged through owner ACS Development Corp.
