"They view this as a headquarters location where they can grow the company," Mark Cote with T3 Realty Advisors in Waltham, says. He adds that the sublease helped owner Boston Properties fill the building to 96% occupancy. Among the property's other tenants is Agilent Technologies, which subleased the space to Sentillion.

Terms of the lease were not disclosed. Cote handled the transaction for Sentillion while Sean Lynch and Irv Gilner, both with Cushman and Wakefield, represented the sublandlord, Agilent Technologies. Representing Wyeth Pharmaceuticals were Richard Herlihy, Richard Bradbury, Steve Purpura and Bob Richards, all with Richards Barry Joyce & Partners.
