ALISO VIEJO, CA-Buyers have paid prices ranging from $3.3 million to $5.1 million for industrial buildings and land here and in Buena Park, Corona, Santa Ana and Laguna Hills in five industrial transactions that closed recently. The largest of the deals was the Aliso Viejo sale, in which a private individual paid $5.1 million for a 33,868-sf building at 7 Argonaut.

The seller was the Shiffman Living Trust, which was represented by John Griffin and Tim Walker of the Irvine office of Voit Commercial Brokerage. The buyer was represented by Dave Travis of Voit's Irvine office.

In Buena Park, the Olson Co. bought a 46,308-sf multi-tenant industrial park at 8331-8341 Artesia Blvd. from the McLellan Estate Co. for $4.5 million. Mike Hefner and Mitch Zehner of Voit's Anaheim Metro office represented the seller, with the buyer represented by Bob Collacion of Gateway Business Properties.

In Corona, Rancho Way LLC acquired 6.45-acre industrial land parcel at 22395 Forest Boundary Rd. from Drew Partners for $3.4 million. The seller was represented by Jack Faris of Voit's Anaheim Metro office, with Rob Socci of Voit's Anaheim Metro office representing the buyer.

In the Santa Ana transaction, the Sterling Trust acquired a 22,350-sf warehouse at 1201 E. Wakeham Ave. from a private seller for $3.4 million. Socci represented the seller and Kevin Thomas of Lee & Associates represented the buyer.

In Laguna Hills, Rosebay LLC bought a 15,940-sf building at 26651 Cabot Rd. from the Ko Family Trust for $3.3 million. The seller was represented by Mark Weeks, Tim Walker and Trent Walker of Voit, with Linda Huebner of Tarbell Realtors representing the buyer.
