Broadbus Technologies Inc., a provider of video-on-demand server technology, inked a long-term lease expansion and extension to grow from about 28,000 sf to 49,000 sf, Brian McKenzie of Richard Barry Joyce & Partners, tells GlobeSt.com. The firm has been a tenant in the building for the past three years.
National Grid Wireless signed a long-term lease for 21,677 sf. The deals put occupancy levels at the property to nearly 70%, McKenzie says. He along with colleagues John Wilson and James Lipscomb serve as the exclusive leasing agents for owner 80 Central St. LLC. They also represented Broadbus Technologies. National Grid Wireless was represented by Robert Walles of CB Richard Ellis.
