Andrew Goldberg, Eric Gelber and Gary Ford of CB Richard Ellis' Tri-State Region Retail Services Group will handle the 100,000-sf retail component, while CBRE's Adam Foster will be in charge of leasing the office space.
On the retail side, "this project brings a new retail environment to the Hoboken riverfront," Goldberg says. "In a market known for smaller retail shops, the space at Maxwell Place is an opportunity for larger-format restaurants and other retailers."
The initial phase of the project is slated to be ready by mid-2006. Besides the retail and office components, the built-out project will also include 800 residences.
