"It was a good location for them, there was adjoining space to accommodate their expanding needs. They had a good relationship with their landlord and overall, it was economically attractive," says Trammell Crow's Joe Fallon. Because landlord Seven October Hill LLC owns other properties in the same park, the location also offered the company expansion possibilities in the future. Terms of the short-term lease were not disclosed.

Harvard Bioscience's expansion puts the 112,000-sf, class A, flex building at 100% occupancy. The property is part of the 75 acre New England Industrial park on Route 126 near the Ashland town line. Fallon along with colleagues Eric Foster and Sue Donovan, handled the transaction for the tenant, while Andrew Sacher of Parson's Commercial Group represented the ownership.
