Anacomp, a San-Diego based software provider, took 18,792 sf in the complex. The firm will move into the building next month. Fiserv, a high-tech firm based in Brookfield, WI, signed on for 5,238 sf and Security Innovations added 4,959 sf to its 187 Ballardvale Park headquarters. Details of the leases were not disclosed.
David J. Pergola, with Meredith & Grew's bBrokerage group, tells GlobeSt.com that the park's location at the juncture of Routes 93 and 125 in Wilmington has helped keep occupancy rates strong. It is also home to book publisher Houghton Mifflin and pharmaceutical giant Wyeth.
Pergola and colleague Matthew S. Adams represented the owner, BPG Properties Ltd, along with Jennifer L. Bowlby, an assistant manager of BPG. Matt Daniels and vice president Flory McCarthy of Spaulding & Slye represented Anacomp, while George Nugent of CB Richard Ellis, handled the deal for Fiserv. The Meredith & Grew team was the sole broker in the Security Innovations transaction.
