WOODLAND HILLS, CA-RiverRock Real Estate Group has won the property management for the 160,075-sf Warner Marketplace retail center. The property is at 6500-6530 Canoga Ave. and 21301-21311 Victory Blvd., just north of the Warner Center Business Park.
Joy Jugovic in the Woodland Hills office of RiverRock will serve as the property manager for the center, which is part of the management portfolio of UBS Realty Investors LLC. The shopping center is 100% leased to a tenant roster that includes Bed, Bath & Beyond, Borders, Pier 1 Imports and the Sports Authority.
Built in 1999, Warner Marketplace occupies more than 10 acres at one of the busiest locations in the San Fernando Valley and is part of a RiverRock management portfolio that includes retail, office and industrial properties throughout Southern California. In addition to its Woodland Hills office and its headquarters in Santa Ana, RiverRock maintains offices in Laguna Hills, Long Beach, Temecula Ontario and Whittier.
