The shopping center is 100% leased to a tenant roster that includes Bed, Bath & Beyond, Borders, Pier 1 Imports and the Sports Authority.

Built in 1999, Warner Marketplace occupies more than 10 acres at one of the busiest locations in the San Fernando Valley and is part of a RiverRock management portfolio that includes retail, office and industrial properties throughout Southern California. In addition to its Woodland Hills office and its headquarters in Santa Ana, RiverRock maintains offices in Laguna Hills, Long Beach, Temecula Ontario and Whittier.
