John McTevia, who will head the launch the Mingham Farms, MI office, was most recently with the Detroit-based Anton, Zorn & Associates. Michael Whiteman will head the Largo, FL office. He has more than 25 years of experience as a commercial broker. He was also chief operating office and corporate vice president of two publicly traded consumer-products companies and a professor of Management in the MBA programs of Florida and Chicago-based universities.

This will not be Inland Real Estate Auction's first foray into either market, and in both locales, the firm has sold and marketed properties. "We're called into various states and certain countries to use our strategies to accelerate the sale of real estate," says Inland president and CEO Frank Diliberto. He predicts increased activity in both locales, and "we thought the timing was good to add to our national expertise."
