Beverage Distributors has leased the space for the long term at ProLogis' Moncrieff Distribution Center in Upland Business Park. ProLogis presently owns or manages approximately one million sf in the industrial park located at Interstate 70 and Chambers Road. Beverage Distributors' new location will serve as one of the company's primary warehouse and regional distribution facilities in the state. Mike Wafer of Grubb & Ellis was the tenant's rep.

"This agreement represents one of the larger industrial leases in the Denver area over the past year and underscores the improving conditions we're seeing in the market."
