Reino Cleaners, a 10-year tenant at 2400 E. Randol Mill Rd., held firm to 13,686 sf with another long-term lease, says Jason Miller, marketing director for Property Advisers Realty Inc. in Irving. Inbound on March 1 is Summit Rehabilitation Centers Inc., which also signed a long-term pact for 7,767 sf of as-is space.
Miller tells GlobeSt.com that the owner, a group of German investors, is bringing the nearly full service center to market because it's simply reached the end of the hold period. The 21-year-old office/warehouse sits on 6.5 acres near Randol Mill's intersection with US Highway 360. The building, assessed at $3.25 million by Tarrant County, has just one vacancy, 1,424 sf that's being marketed for $6.95 per sf net.
Miller teamed with Property Advisers' president and CEO Jerry Reis to seal the renewal. Michael Stanzel with NAI Robert Lynn in Dallas handled talks for the rehab operation.
