Mid-America Bank financed the purchase with an $11-million loan, according to property records. The seller, Midway Business Park LLC, owned the property for seven years, after paying $8 million for it, according to records.

Paine/Wetzel•Oncor International principal Edward C. Wabick and senior vice president William J. Kerrins represented Midway Business Park LLC. Duke Bothoff of NAI Hiffman handled negotiations for Combined Warehousing Co., Inc.

In an unrelated deal in nearby Bedford Park, communications firm Sebis Direct bought a 60,000-sf building at 6516 W. 74th St. for $2.3 million from Rumar, Inc. The Chicago-based buyer was represented by Epic/Savage Realty Partners/TCN Worldwide partner Jeffery Locascio, while Larry Johnson of CB Richard Ellis represented Rumar, Inc.
