WILMINGTON, MA-A global pharmaceutical firm will move into 33,500 sf of renovated flex space at 200 Research Dr. here the next few months. The lease arrangement will bring the company's New Hampshire operations closer to its Bedford US headquarters.
Arkopharma LLC, a subsidiary of Pharmaceutical Laboratories Arkopharma, signed on to take the space for an undisclosed term under a leasing arrangement that will fill the 151,800-sf, single-story building to full occupancy. "The facility seemed to fit their requirements," Matthew S. Adams with Meredith & Grew's Brokerage group, tells GlobeSt.com. The building is within the 600,000-sf Wilmington Technology Park.
Terms of the lease were not disclosed, but Adams says similar space in the Wilmington area rent in the high single digits triple net. Adams along with David J. Pergola and Elias T. Demakes, also with Meredith & Grew's brokerage group, represented Arkopharma, while Trammell Crow's Mark Mulvey handled the lease negotiations for the building owner, Wakefield Investments Inc.
