Abel joins NAI Capital as EVP and branch manager for the office, bringing with him John Cserkuti, Allison Abel and Cindy Flynn. The new NAI branch manager has more than 20 years of retail brokerage, sales and marketing experience.
Abel and his team have specialized in ground-up development, representing the developers of 17 shopping centers totaling 1.5 million sf in the past three years. The new NAI Capital location is expected to open in the first quarter of this year, with Abel and his team operating from the company's Encino headquarters in the meantime.
Bob Scullin, CEO of NAI Capital, notes that the addition of the Valencia location marks the opening of the 14th office for NAI Capital, which has locations in Los Angeles, Kern, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino and Ventura counties. The company was founded in 1979 and now numbers more than 200 professionals serving domestic and international clients.
