The buyer acquired the development site from Selleck Properties, which represented itself. Founded in 1979, Joni & Friends operates a variety of outreach programs.

In another recently closed office deal, two private investors bought a two-story office building adjacent to the former Beverly Hills YMCA for $5.67 million in a transaction handled by Coldwell Banker Commercial Westmac. The building is at 9916 Santa Monica Blvd.

The buyers were represented by Westmac's Chris Holland and Bill Althouse. Seller Little S.M. Holding LLC was represented by David Thind and T.C. Macker of Westmac.
