J.P. Plunkett with Cushman & Wakefield of Massachusetts Inc.'s Boston office tells GlobeSt.com that the 28,000-sf, three-story Assinippi Park building at 91 Longwater Circle offered the group a significant expansion over its former offices at 320 Washington St., also in Norwell. "It offered the expansion space they needed and was no doubt an upgraded building," says Plunkett, who along with C&W's Cathy Minnerly and Jason Breyer handled the transaction for the Davis Property Group, which owns and manages the building. Terms of the lease were not disclosed, but Plunkett says class A market rents in Assinippi Park range from the low to mid-$20 per sf range.
The Norwell Visiting Nurse Association, which was represented by Thomas M. Powers with Boston-based Codman Co. will share the building with financial consultants AG Edwards, leaving about 4,750 sf available for lease.
