Located at 501 Fairmount Ave., Fairmount III carries the distinction of being the first class A office property developed in Towson in the past 14 years. When it reaches completion, which is scheduled to occur later this quarter , the four-story structure will also be home to Legg Mason Wood Walker. The investment firm pre-leased 16,500 sf in the building a few months ago.
