The property, located in the heart of Boston's Financial District at the corner of State Street and Tremont Street, counts among its tenants several well-known firms, including Archibus Inc., the Massachusetts Voter Education Network, or MassVOTE, Unicco Service Co. and the American Cancer Society.
Built in 1915 and renovated in 1989, the structure recently underwent another $7 million of upgrades. It is situated near the Federal Court Building, JFK Building and City Hall Plaza, within walking distance of public transportation, the famed waterfront, Faneuil Hall and theater district.
