Alliant has been at the Alhambra since 1990 and previously occupied 43,950 sf in a lease that was due to expire in June. Terms of the deal were not disclosed, but asking rate for the Alhambra space is about $2.15 per sf per month, full service gross, although Alliant is believed to have signed for a significantly lower rate.
The Ratkovich Co. was represented by Brendan Monaghan, Bill Boyd and Corina Panlilio of Grubb & Ellis. Alliant, which provides both graduate and undergraduate courses in psychology, has several other campuses in California.
