The Coen Company specializes in the design, manufacture and maintenance of combustion systems and burner equipment. The total lease consideration is $2.43 million, which equates to an effective rate of $22.15 per sf per year.

The building owner is San Diego-based Westcore Properties. Josh Rowell, Craig Kalinowski and Jay Leslie of Cornish & Carey represented Westcore in the transaction. Cornish & Carey's Brenton Wickam represented Coen.

Coen's exact location in the building and the lease commencement date were not immediately available. Rowell and Kalinowski could not be reached Thursday for comment.
