Signing the biggest lease was Fidelity Investments, one of the world's largest providers of financial services, which inked a deal to renew 169,943 sf on the fourth, fifth, 10th, 11th and 12th floors of the Exchange Place building.

Goodwin Procter LLP, one of the nation's leading law firms, expanded its third floor space by an additional 39,666 sf while Reuters America, a global information company, renewed on 24,831 sf on the 14th floor. Thomson/West Services, a provider of information solutions to the legal market, renewed 6,155 sf on the 13th floor.

Inking new deals were the Blackstone Group Realty, an investor in the global real estate market, which will be located on the 29th floor in 6,358 sf; Delaware Investments, signing for 4,816 sf on the 29th floor; and the Tron Group, a private equity and consulting firm that's tapped 4,674 sf on the 13th floor.

Terms for the latest deals aren't available. All seven transactions were handled for the building's owner, Toronto-based Brookfield Properties, by Michael Joyce and Tom O'Regan, both with Richard Barry Joyce & Partners.

Fidelity Investments was represented by Trammell Crow Co.; Thompson/West by Cushman & Wakefield of Massachusetts Inc.; and Blackstone by CB Richard Ellis Inc. Representing Delaware Investments was Grubb & Ellis; Tron by Meredith & Grew; and Reuters by Tishman Real Estate Services. McCall & Almy handled the lease expansion for Goodwin Proctor.
